Last night was the premiere of the latest celebrity fashion infused show,

I had been waiting all month to watch this show! Host Elle Macpherson joins mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie, and John Varvatos who offer their support, feedback and experience to the up and coming designers competing to be the Fashion Star. There are 14 designers competing and they each showcase 3 designs to power house buyers from H&M, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Macy's. The catch? If any of the 3 buyers purchase any of their designs; not only do they move onto the next round, but the designs are available in stores the very next day. 

In the end, the winning designer will take home a $6 million collection to be launched in all 3 stores. And they also got to hang ten with Nicle Richie for a few weeks. Win win.

For any of the fashion obsessed, this is one show I recommend watching.
